Malcolm McDowell to guest-star in The Mentalist

Veteran British star Malcolm McDowell is to guest-star in an upcoming episode of Five's The Mentalist.
The star of A Clockwork Orange will play the evil leader of a religious cult who confrtons The Mentalist star Patrick Jane (Simon Baker).
TVguide.com reports the creator of The Mentalist, Bruno Heller, saying McDowell's character is 'a great heavy'.
"He seems to have his sinister tentacles in every pie, which is really mixing horrible metaphors, but he's that kind of guy," said Heller. "We're very lucky to get someone as great as Malcolm McDowell to play that."
