This one-off documentary follows the Strictly judge, as she meets people who are using dance as a means of therapy, including a dance group hoping to combat loneliness among the elderly.

The Sinner is on BBC Four at 9pm.

This eight-part US crime drama stars Jessica Biel as a woman who suddenly commits a public act of violence.
