Charlie, Kris and Sophie have been put up for eviction as a punishment from Big Brother for discussing nominations.

The 22-year-old from Newcastle was the first housemate to nominate this week and after he had made his choice Big Brother said: “Just one more thing, Charlie.”

“Yesterday, at 1.06am in a conversation with Lisa and Karly, you said: ‘I normally struggle [to nominate], but now people have done things, I didn’t [have anyone to nominate], but now I’ve got one definite, haven’t I?'”

Big Brother continued: “It is strictly against the rules for housemates to discuss their nominations with each other, therefore you must be punished.”

He was told he must remain silent until midnight on Monday or he would face eviction on Friday.

Charlie left the Diary Room and headed into the bedroom to keep quiet.

But later, while he was having a lie down, Big Brother continuously sounded the alarm to wake him.

“I’m up!” Charlie finally shouted. Then he gasped, and covered his mouth with his hand, realising what he had done.

Kris and Sophie were not allowed to make any noise for four hours between 10pm and 2am.

But the pair failed in their mission and were later called to the Diary Room to be told they would also face eviction.

Marcus and ‘Halfwit’ received the most nominations from housemates and are likely to join the trio up for eviction on Friday.

Halfwit – real name Freddie – has already survived four evictions.
