Gerry has been discussing the possibility of being evicted from the Big Brother house on Friday.
During a chat in the garden with Brian on Friday afternoon, he suggested that “being yourself” in the Big Brother house was a surefire way of getting nominated for eviction.
“If you speak your mind in this house, that’s what happens,” the 31-year-old told Brian.
“I’ve been here for so long, the first two weeks I was nicey nicey, but then I got bored. I got bored of people abusing me, and slowly I got depressed, and I thought ‘I’m not going to allow this’.
Gerry went on to say that he felt he had done most of what he wanted to do on Big Brother.
“There have been many many highs,” he said of his time in the house.
“But if you think about it – when we had the second last party, there were only 12 people here,” he pointed out. “How much fun can 12 people that see each other every single day for weeks have in a space with just a few songs?”
