Rebeckah Vaughan has become the second person to be evicted from the Big Brother 2011 house, following the latest public vote.

The 28-year-old club hostess – who had been the bookies’ favourite to leave – lost out to Heaven Afrika in the public vote, with viewers voting this season for the housemate that they want to save.

And she appeared resigned to her fate, having heard booing from the audience during the announcement of the results.

However Aden – whom she has enjoyed a close relationship with during her time in the house – appeared upset, and quickly consoled Rebeckah by giving her a hug and telling her she looked “beautiful” in her grey eviction outfit.

Afterwards she left the house to a hostile response from the crowd – but said afterwards she was not bothered by their reaction.

“I don’t care,” she said, “if I’d done something wrong in there fine but I was just honest and truthful.”

And Rebeckah suggested that it was Heaven’s eccentric personality which had kept her in the house.

“I think Heaven provides a lot more in the house,” she added, “she’s crackers, a lunatic and if I was watching I would want to see her in there.”

She also admitted that she has feelings for Aden, saying, “I really love him and he has shown me there are good men out there.”

The Liverpool-born contestant had ruffled feathers in the house this week, especially with fellow nominee Heaven who had accused her of leading the teenager on.

She is the second woman to leave the house following Tashie Jackson’s departure last Friday.
