Faye Palmer has missed out on a place in next week’s Big Brother final after becoming the eighth person to be voted out of the house.

The 19-year-old female wrestler lost out to model Louise Cliffe in an eviction dubbed ‘Battle of The Babes’, after receiving the fewest number of votes from viewers wanting to save her.

Having been nominated in previous weeks Faye appeared unsurprised by the news that she was leaving – however Louise could barely contain her shock, with viewers later seeing her laughing hysterically in the Diary Room at her good fortune.

And she shared a final kiss with fellow housemate Aaron Allard-Morgan – with whom she enjoyed a close relationship during her time on the show – before leaving the house to a mixed response from the crowd.

Afterwards she described the response from the audience as “a bit of pantomime” and added that she was proud of everything she had done in the house.

“I’ve done nothing wrong,” Faye told Brian Dowling. “Obviously I got a bit emotional at times, but I’m proud of what I’ve done.”

And she added that being in the house was “surreal”.

“When you in there you forget you’re on TV,” she said. “You just forget about the cameras and get on with your life.”

Faye and Louise both found themselves facing the chop after a twist which saw the housemates forced to nominate in front of each other.

Although the housemates agreed to nominate tactically so that everybody would be up for eviction, Aaron ignored the decision, leaving Faye and Louise in the firing line as a result.

Five housemates – Louise, Aaron, Alex Lee, Tom O’Connell and Jay McKray – will now battle it out for the series title in next Friday’s final.
