Britain’s Got Talent judge Amanda Holden has turned down the chance to be interviewed by fellow judge Piers Morgan on his show Life Stories.
The 39-year-old refused an offer to appear on the show after revealing that she plans to pen her memoirs instead.
“I think I will write a book. Why would I waste that on his show?” Amanda said.
Piers has since hit back at her refusal to appear, saying he would prefer another reality show judge to take part. “I want to get Louis Walsh on Life Stories,” he said.
The show has attracted a string of big names, including Simon Cowell, Katie Price and former Prime Minister Gordon Brown.
Piers is set to sign a new two-year deal with ITV for another 12 episodes, with Cheryl Cole among those tipped to appear.
However the 45-year-old has also been offered a $10m dollar deal to join US network CNN as its chief interviewer.
The role would see him taking over from their top host Larry King, and would make him the first British personality to host a prime-time chat show on American screens.
