The first Britain’s Got Talent semi-final is due to take place on Sunday evening, with some of the favourites from the series bidding for a place in the final.
Nine acts from the 45 finalists announced on Saturday night’s show will compete, with two going through to the final next Saturday.
Those taking part on Sunday reportedly include performing dog duo Ashleigh and Pudsey, who are one of the favourites to win the series – although the teenager and her talented pooch will face some stiff competition from 12-year-old singer Lauren Thalia and teenage choir Only Boys Aloud.
Others reported to be taking to the stage on Sunday will include swing band the Jive Aces, dance troupe United We Stand and boy band The Mend, who made it to the finals after previously appearing on The X Factor.
Violinist Analiza Ching and R&B singer Rachel Knowland, who featured on Saturday’s show, are among the other names set to take to the stage.
And the line-up is completed by Zipparah ‘Mr Zip’ Tafari, who charmed the judges and audience earlier in the series with his ‘Where me keys, where me phone’ rap.
The show kicks off from 8pm on ITV1.
