Susan Boyle has denied she wants to quit Britain’s Got Talent.

The singing sensation told itv.com there is ‘absolutely no truth’ in reports she is leaving the ITV1 talent show.

“There is no way I am quitting the show – the only way I’d leave the show is if Simon Cowell kicked me out!” she said.

Susan, who has gathered a worldwide following and celebrity fans including Demi Moore and Jon Bon Jovi since belting out I Dreamed A Dream from Les Miserables on the programme, also denied claims she is feeling exhausted.

The 47-year-old from West Lothian in Scotland said: “I’m not stressed and I’m certainly not on the verge of a breakdown! I’ve never felt more positive, it’s all nonsense.”

She also said: “All I can say to everybody is some of the stories about me in the papers are just untrue… I’m not going anywhere; I just want to concentrate on my singing.”

Susan admitted she is battling a few nerves ahead of the next round of the show, but said nerves “can be a good thing because they make you do your best on the big night”.
