Coleen Nolan is being tipped as the latest addition to the Celebrity Big Brother house when the series returns later this summer.
According to the Sun the former Loose Women host – who would follow in the footsteps of co-presenter Denise Welch, who went on to win the series – has been offered a six-figure deal to appear on the show.
And producers are reportedly hoping that she might bring some of her outspoken opinions to the house.
“Coleen gives good chat and that’s what we’re really looking for on the show,” a source told the paper.
“She also appeals to women so she’s a great booking for the show.”
The Nolan sister – who was formerly married to Shane Richie – has been hosting This Morning’s Hub strand since quitting Loose Women but left last week, saying she lots of “exciting things coming up”.
Others who have been rumoured to be taking part in Celebrity Big Brother – which now runs for two series a year on Channel 5 – include ex-Coronation Street star Julie Goodyear, camp comic Julian Clary, controversial journalist Samantha Brick, former EastEnders actress Cheryl Fergison, and Justin Bieber’s dad Jeremy.
The series will begin in August as soon as the current run of Big Brother has finished.
