Jack Tweed says he leaves his window open every night hoping to catch a glimpse of Jade and he is ‘not interested’ in looking for a girlfriend.

Jack, who married Jade shortly before her death from cancer, was freed from prison last month after serving half of a 12-week sentence imposed in April for assaulting a taxi driver.

He told OK! magazine: “I don’t want a girlfriend – Jade said she’d want me to find someone, but it’s not something that’s crossed my mind.”

He went on: “I don’t want a relationship, I haven’t thought about it.”

He said he would love to be buried in the same plot as Jade ‘so we could be together forever’, adding: “I leave the window open every night just hoping that I can see her or hear her, but I haven’t.”

He said that whenever he saw Jade in the newspapers, “I kiss my finger and I kiss the picture, but I don’t talk to her…

“I miss her so much. I felt so heartbroken that she was no longer there – I just cannot believe she’s not here any more.”

Speaking about his presenting ambitions, Jack said he recently shot a role in a film called Just For The Record, starring Rik Mayall.
