Jade Goody’s ex Jeff Brazier has spoken out about a petition apparently made by parents to keep their eldest son out of a posh Essex school.
The TV presenter, 28, who had two boys with Jade before the pair split two years ago, said he was angry that four-year-old Bobby Jack might miss out because parents feared Jade would ‘lower the tone’, according to reports in Reveal magazine.
He said: “It’s really disappointing. It’s so selfish of these people to try to affect my child’s education. It’s not Jade going to the school – it’s Bobby.”
Jeff added: “I’m a placid person, but when you hear that your children are being disadvantaged because of who their mum is, it gets you going.
“The parents probably don’t want their child’s schooling being interrupted by paparazzi photographers. But I’m sure it won’t be like that.
“There’s a lot of hype around Jade at the moment, but I’m sure that will die down. Don’t judge my child on anything to do with things that have happened to either of us. He’s his own person,” Jeff said.
Jade hit the headlines earlier this year after she was accused of the racist bullying of Bollywood actress Shilpa Shetty on Celebrity Big Brother.
