Coronation St’s Michael: ‘Kevin will play his ace’

Coronation Street’s Michael Le Vell has revealed that his alter ego Kevin Webster is set to play his “ace card”.

The actor, whose character has been kicked out of home after fathering a child with Molly Dobbs, said Kevin will soon have the upper hand with wife Sally (Sally Dynevor).

He told the soap’s official website: “I think there’s a whole, whole lot of trouble brewing – because I know that Kevin pulls that ace from under his sleeve in the next week or two, but I can’t tell you what it is! But it’s a big ace!”

Michael has previously spoken of Kevin’s “trump card”, saying the character has never confronted Sally over her affair with Ian Davenport.

Kevin’s “ace card” comes after he has words with Tyrone Dobbs (Alan Halsall) for apparently sleeping with Sally. He also arranges for an estate agent to value his house.
