Coleen Nolan has said she was so desperate to get kicked off Dancing On Ice she joked about breaking Donal MacIntyre’s legs if he lost the skate-off.

The Loose Woman had suffered a string of injuries including a broken wrist and sprained rib and was dying to leave the competition.

She finally got the chop on Sunday after she was voted into the bottom two with Donal.

Coleen told The Sun: “I wanted to do the semi-finals for me and my family – but I was so ready to go. Before the skate-off I said to Donal, ‘If you go out and fall I swear to God I will break your legs.’ I thought, ‘Just my luck he will fall and they have to put me through.'”

The star, 44, had been in agonising pain after she sprained her rib and back, in addition to her broken wrist.

She said: “On Monday when I was rushed to hospital I didn’t think I was going to see Sunday. I haven’t slept for a week.

“I’m all strapped up around my middle. I couldn’t move at all last Monday and Tuesday.”

Donal will be up against X Factor star Ray Quinn and former Liberty X singer Jessica Taylor in the Dancing on Ice final on ITV1 on Sunday night.
