Have Dancing on Ice> casualties Roxanne Pallett and Zoe Salmon had an off-rink bust-up?

The Dancing On Ice stars were at the centre of a war of words following judge Jason Gardiner’s view that Zoe was ‘sincere’, according to the Daily Star.

Praising Zoe, Jason said on This Morning: “There is such a sincerity on the ice.”

But former Emmerdale star Roxanne reportedly fumed: “Sincerity? Are you mad?”

TV presenter Zoe – who was voted off the show on Sunday night – said she hoped the pair would make up before they work together on the show’s tour.

“I have never heard anyone else apart from Rox say that. It was disappointing. I thought she was a friend. I haven’t spoken to her since,” Zoe reportedly. “I hope we can put it behind us and move on. I wouldn’t let anything ruin the tour.”

Zoe also admitted she was disappointed to leave the show despite scoring more points than fellow contestants Coleen Nolan and Donal MacIntyre.

“It’s down to the public to choose who they save,” said Zoe. “And, as in all these shows, you get talented people leaving at points where you don’t think it’s justified. But it’s the nature of the beast.”

Zoe added she’d be more than happy to step in for mum-to-be Holly Willoughby on the Xtra Factor this summer. “I’d gladly step into her shoes and hold the fort,” she laughed.
