The three remaining contestants in Dancing on Ice 2011 are getting ready for Sunday’s final, despite all suffering injuries in the past week.
Former EastEnders star Sam Attwater will battle it out with children’s TV host Laura Hamilton and TV presenter and model Chloe Madeley for the series title.
And even though they have all suffered bumps and bruises they will all be patched up in time for the big night.
“We’re all feeling it body-wise,” Laura said, but added it would not mean any of them would be holding back in their routines. “When it comes to the live show, the adrenaline just kicks in.”
Chloe added that injuries to her knees and ribs had also started to affect her.
“All the girls from the first week started to have issues with their ribs and I just thought I was awesome because I don’t have any rib injuries but this week they really, really hurt,” she said.
Sam, meanwhile, has been put on painkillers after injuring himself during rehearsals, and has reportedly been ordered to start eating properly to keep his strength up for the routines.
One person will be voted into third place midway through the final, leaving the remaining two to perform their version of Torvill and Dean’s classic Bolero in their bid for the title.
Bookies Ladbrokes have Sam as the favourite to win at evens, followed by Laura at 6-5. Chloe is the outsider with odds of 11-2.
