EastEnders actress Cheryl Fergison has married her Moroccan toy boy Yassine Al-Jermoni, according to the Sunday Mirror.
The paper reports that Cheryl – who plays Heather Trott in the soap – reportedly wed the 25-year-old shop assistant in a ceremony near his home town of Agadir.
However she is still unable to bring him home, as he has no visa to visit the UK.
Cheryl, 46, has reportedly been dividing her time between her home in Sidcup, Kent, which she shares with her 12-year-old son, and visiting Agadir – and is said to have hired a solicitor to speed up Yassine’s visa application.
She revealed last year that she planned to marry the Moroccan – whom she met in an Internet chat room – after they had been together for just a few months.
“I’ve never been so happy,” Cheryl said of her romance. “I’ve found a bliss I didn’t know existed. I don’t think I’ve ever been in love until now.”
“I get a feeling about people, gut instincts… we just talked and talked for hours. I fell in love before we’d even met.”
