Danny can be seen in the production in London, while Jake is on in Oxford and Charlie in Nottingham. And they all play the same part...
EastEnders favourite Danny Dyer and comedian Jo Brand are starring together in Nativity the Musical, which will enjoy a run in London at the Eventim Apollo, from 19th to 31st December.
The musical follows teacher Mr Maddens, his crazy assistant Mr Poppy and a class of hilarious children as they try to put on a musical version of The Nativity.
Danny, who plays Mick Carter in EastEnders, will star in the production as The Hollywood Producer, who Mr Maddens tells the kids will come to see the show, while Jo takes the part of The Critic. Tickets for Nativity The Musical are on sale now.
And Danny isn’t the only EastEnders star who’ll be seen popping up in The Nativity, which will first open at The Belgrade Theatre, Coventry on Tuesday 23rd October and will then visit Liverpool, Glasgow, Milton Keynes, Nottingham, Edinburgh, Stoke and Oxford, before ending its tour in London.
Jake Wood, aka Max Branning, will play the role of The Hollywood Producer when the tour reaches Oxford. Plus, Charlie Brooks, who played evil Janine, will play the same part when the show is on at the Nottingham Theatre Royal.
