Ben has always denied raping the girl he met at a Caribbean resort in November 2006.

Ben, who played Scott Windsor in Emmerdale, said the public reaction had been ‘fantastic’ and that he now plans to return to work.
He said: “My mission for the last two years has been to clear my name… now that’s over… I would obviously like to get back to work, whatever work that is.”
“I’ve not really spoken to anyone at Emmerdale and I don’t know whether they even would consider taking me back, but I would think about it if they wanted to have a talk, so we’ll see.”
