What have Moira, John, Amy, Jai, Charity and Zak got in common? They all
hate Cain! But which one of them hates him enough to see him dead?
Next week, Cain tells Amy she’s worthless and not fit to be the mother of his son
Val and Pollard rush to Amy’s defence, but Cain is relentless. He wanted Amy to kill their baby so maybe she wants to kill him…
Cain gets no joy at home, either. Daughter Debbie wants to disown him and Cameron wants what she wants
Cain wants to lash out and gets in Cameron’s face
But Debbie pulls him off and throws him out of their lives
Unable to torment anyone at home, Cain turns on Moira, but she’s not scared, she’s disgusted
Moira warns Cain to stay away from her family – or else! And he doesn’t like hearing that
But Charity has something to say that Cain does like: Jai has dumped her in the hope that Cain will stop terrorising his family
Excellent! Cain tells Charity he loves her – and she tells him she hates him! He has ruined her life
Zak tries to control his out-of-control son, but Cain lashes out at him, too
The police know how to handle Cain, though. Jai has reported Cain for threatening his family and the police take him away
But then the police let Cain go – and so does Debbie. She has packed his bags and tells him to get out
Cain goes, angry and hurt. He thinks Chas will put him up at The Woolpack, but there’s no room at the inn for a lying, cheating, thieving, poisonous piece of scum
Outside the inn, though, there’s plenty of room for a fight – and plenty of people for Cain to fight with
Cain wonders if Moira will give him a bed, as she has before, but farmer John wants to make Cain pay for what he did to his marriage
John tries to knock the smirk off Cain’s face with a right hook
Cain’s headed for a fall and Moira watches, wishing he wouldn’t get back up
But it will take more than one punch to keep Cain down. He walks off and finds Amy – the girl he thinks belongs in the gutter
And that’s what he tells her, making her blood boil
But not long after, it’s Cain who’s lying at the side of the road with his head bashed in
Or was it Jai? Did he beat Cain to stop Cain beating up on his family? Or did he just find Cain like this? He tells Cameron he did and they call an ambulance
At The Woolpack Jai has blood on his hands and Charity wants to know what he’s done
But in the back room, away from flapping ears and big mouths, Jai wants to know what Charity has done!
At the side of the road, it’s clear to Debbie, Cameron and Zak that somebody has done something terrible… But who?
Val, Pollard and David are worried that Amy is the person who put Cain in hospital
They care for Amy, but can they help her?
Or maybe it’s farmer John who needs help… Holly thinks he does and gives him an alibi when the police start asking questions
But it’s Jai and Charity that the police are really interested in
The cops know Cain has a lot of enemies, but Charity and Jai are their favourite suspects
Marched off to the cop shop, will Jai or Charity – or both of them – confess? And will Cain survive? Watch Emmerdale on ITV1 from Monday, December 5
