Countryfile reporter Anita Rani visits the refugee camp of Zaatari in the Jordanian desert for this two-part documentary. First built four years ago as a temporary measure for refugees fleeing the Syrian Civil War, it has grown into a city of 80,000 and, as Anita discovers, is very different from what you might expect. There are supermarkets, coffee shops and even a wedding-dress outlet, as well as schools and hospitals. Much of this has come about because of the spirit and ingenuity of the refugees, many of whom have lived there for more than two years, but long to return to a peaceful Syria.
