The first part of tonight’s challenge is to create six bûche entremets, a log-shaped dessert.

Next is our favourite challenge – live plating, with three minutes to perform a theatrical serving of a dessert based on the theme of orchard fruits.

The final sugar mountain the teams must climb is to create a sugar-craft centrepiece inspired by a jungle paradise. And of course we shouldn’t forget the 240 exquisite sweets they need to rustle up, too.
