The exponential surge in cycling becoming a national interest can be traced back to London’s 2012 Olympics and the incredible feats on two wheels by Team GB.

They will be looking to improve on their magnificent medal haul from four years ago, when they amassed eight gold, two silver and two bronze, far more than any other country. Will they be able to match their success at the Games in Rio?
