After another session with his therapist on Doctors, Daniel Granger confesses his hopes and fears on camera when he records a video diary.
Daniel Granger (played by Matthew Chambers) has started therapy sessions on Doctors (1:45pm on BBC One, see our TV Guide for full listings) since things started going horribly wrong for him in his personal life.
Under the guidance of his therapist Silas Truman (Andrew MacBean), Daniel has begun to further share his feelings through a video diary.
On camera, Daniel opens-up about some of his insecurities, such as his young son Joe’s future, and worries how his insecurities are impacting his relationships with those around him.
Meanwhile, with Jimmi Clay (Adrian Lewis Morgan) and business partner Al Haskey (Ian Midlane) still experiencing some teething troubles at The Icon, since they took over the running of the bar, help could be on hand from someone unexpected.
Jimmi’s in for a surprise when Gareth Regan (Edward MacLiam), who recently got suspended from his job as a transplant surgeon, offers to help out about the place.
But when Jimmi jokes that Gareth is skilled enough to be running the place, could there be some truth to his words?
Elsewhere, surgery receptionist Valerie Pitman (Sarah Moyle) is caught-up in an awkward situation when she visits Viv Pierce (Heather Craney), who is struggling to cope after the death of her six-year-son.
But then a fresh-out-of-prison Darla Devlin (Sarah Middleton) turns up on the doorstep. And why is journalist Dave Weaver (Victor McGuire) watching Viv’s house?
Doctors continues weekdays at 1:45pm on BBC One
