Mrs Tembe has summoned The Mill staff into work half an hour early and not everyone is happy. Mrs Tembe announces that she’s sending everyone on a two-day conflict course. Everyone is visibly annoyed at the news and Zara tells Mrs Tembe that there’s no conflict between the staff. Al, Emma and Zara come together to hatch a plan so they don’t have to go on the course and start to convince Valerie and Karen that Mrs Tembe’s course is a terrible idea.

Zara thinks she has managed to get out of the course by sweet talking the receptionists into voting against Mrs Tembe’s idea. However, she’s in for a nasty surprise when Jimmi, Sid and Heston all vote to go on the course. How will Zara handle the news?

Valerie is falling asleep at her desk. When Karen wakes her up, she apologises and explains that she’s suffering from insomnia. It’s not just Valerie that is suffering, her lack of sleep is keeping Ayesha awake too!
