Nancy Carter is terrified she’s put baby Albie in danger. Meanwhile, Karen Taylor finds it hard to accept help from her neighbours
Nancy Carter is approached by a very chipper Sharon Beale, who is feeling good after her date with Kheerat Panesar the previous night. When Sharon asks her to babysit little Albie for her, Nancy feels like she can’t turn her down.
While looking after Albie, Nancy’s worst fears come true when she starts to feel seriously unwell. She suspects it’s the preliminary stage before an epileptic fit and knows that she could collapse at any time.
After putting Albie into his playpen to keep him safe, Nancy makes a desperate call to dad Mick Carter. She explains to him what’s going on, saying she fears she’s about to have a fit.
A worried Mick tells Nancy to hold on and he’ll be there for her, just as Nancy crashes to the ground.
Will Nancy be okay?
Karen is on the edge!
Karen Taylor is under stress over Bailey Baker’s disappearance and she’s not taking too kindly to strangers. When she finds a totally vile note about Bailey, it crushes her and she doesn’t know what to do.
Later, Karen heads to the cafe and feels mortified when she’s offered a free meal. Although the offer is genuinely borne out of concern, Karen feels that everyone is looking down on her.
She makes it very clear that she’s sick to the back teeth of being judged by everyone for her money worries that was the catalyst for Bailey Baker going missing. Is Karen about to snap?
EastEnders continues on BBC1 on Monday 8 pm.
