Elle confronts Kirsten about her suspected affair with Paul. Trying to protect Paul she insists Kirsten resigns. After speaking to Kirsten, Paul tries to convince Elle she has got the wrong end of the stick but Elle gets all the proof she needs when she catches them in the act. Elle is devastated by Paul’s betrayal but when she has the opportunity to tell Rebecca, she decides to protect her dad and keep quiet.

After pleas from Libby and Steph, Toadie reconsiders his decision regarding the class action and announces that they will continue to fight, restoring Rebecca’s faith in him. They call a public meeting to discuss their next move but are shocked when Toadie announces he is leaving Erinsborough and doesn’t know when he’ll return.

Oliver and Carmella try to get along but only end up arguing about Marco. Later, as he makes a routine delivery to Lassiter’s, Marco tries to stay on civil terms with Oliver. But things take a turn for the worse when the issue of the assault charges are raised. In the heat of the moment, Marco retaliates against Oliver by calling the health department, and Oliver responds by cancelling his contract with Celestial Fruits. Can Carmella help them solve their dispute?
