Fiona Bruce once again teams up with art dealer Philip Mould to find out if works of art are the real deal, or a worthless fake. Tonight, their item is a portrait, possibly painted by Lucian Freud. Owner Jon Turner, a designer from London, is eager to prove the portrait is by Freud as it’s potentially worth £500,000. The big problem, though, is that the late British artist maintained throughout his life that it wasn’t by his hand. However, Freud was known to be a tricky customer and the evidence slowly stacks up that he might have painted the piece. This series is like a great detective novel, full of wonderful twists and turns.
