Two celebrities – Antony Costa of boyband Blue and Zoe Birkett, who found fame on the first series of Pop Idol – attempt to lose a stone in four weeks in this new series.

They have a nutritionist and personal trainer and lots of time, it seems, to dedicate to their weight-loss goal.

What makes this diet show more interesting, however, is that the executive producer of the show, mum-of-three Nicky Taylor, is also going to try and shed the pounds – but without the nutritionist and personal trainer.
