Our remaining bakers all hope to be a ‘choux-in’ tonight as (yes, you’ve guessed it!) it’s Pastry Week!

This has always proved tough to master in the past – nobody wants the dreaded ‘soggy bottom’!

But Paul and Prue have decided to up the ante even further with three particularly tricksy tasks, starting with savoury pies in the signature challenge.

Now we’ve really got to know the bakers, we don’t want anyone to go!
