Brody Hudson (Adam Woodward) is gutted when he gets the news that the police are dropping his case against Buster Smith (Nathan Sussex) who abused him when he was a young lad.

Having carried the pain of Buster’s abuse around with him for years it took great courage for him to finally go the police about it, so he’s understandably devastated when he gets the shattering news that they won’t be proceeding with the case.

Meanwhile he and Sienna Blake (Anna Passey) grow closer. Brody previously stepped in to comfort mum Sienna who admitted she was heart-broken by the prospect of spending Christmas alone.

Tonight, a thoughtful Brody buys her three Christmas angels to represent her three children and Sienna is touched by his kindness.

Elsewhere Maxine Minniver (Nikki Sanderson) forgives Damon Kinsella (Jacob Roberts)  for recent events when he clumsily tried to kiss her. The pair of them agree to be just mates but there’s clearly a spark between them. Could there be romance on the cards despite Maxine initially rejecting Damon?

Plus Lily McQueen (Lauren McQueen) is shattered when yet more secrets and lies emerge.

Elsewhere Grace Black (Tamara Wall) and Lisa Loveday (Rachel Adedeji) team up to help rescue Jesse (Luke Jerdy) who has been kidnapped by Jamie, gangster Jay’s sister.

Grace goes to the casino and starts cheating at the roulette table in order to create a distraction, meanwhile Lisa steals money from the safe. They hand over the loot to Jamie who agrees to free Jesse but what will Liam do when he discovers what Grace has done?
