Cindy Cunningham (Stephanie Waring) is ploughing full speed ahead with her big building project in tonight’s episode of Hollyoaks at 6.30pm (See our TV Guide for full listings).
In yesterday’s episode she was seen telling her new best friend, builder Woody, (played by X Factor and I’m A Celeb star, Jake Quickenden) that she had no time for following rules and regulations and was keen he should crack on with the build as soon as possible.

Tom Cunningham (Ellis Hollins) is stunned when he finds out that Cindy has already paid Woody £30,000 up front and even more shocked when Charlie reveals that he heard the two of them talking about building without council permission.
A horrified Tom realises that Cindy must have bribed Woody to do the work illegally. Will Tom decide to put a stop to things and what will happen when he confronts Woody?
