Trish Minniver and Cher Winters battle it out to see who will get the space at Salon De Thé for their business...
Both women want use of the available space at Marnie Nightingale’s Salon De Thé; Trish to run a dance studio, and Cher to run a hair salon, so in yesterday’s episode Marnie (Lysette Anthony) came up with the idea of the two of them going head to head to see who impresses her the most.
Tonight Trish lays on a sample dance class for Marnie’s benefit but she can’t help insulting Marnie’s dance skills at her taster session.
Has Trish’s outspoken-style just blown her chances of securing the space?
Cher certainly thinks so.
When Marnie is rattled by Trish’s directness, Cher is certain proud Marnie will give Trish the brush-off and let her, Cher, have the space for her hair salon venture.
Elsewhere, following Nancy Osborne’s (Jessica Fox) outburst yesterday with Sid Sumner (Billy Price) and the action she took which left everyone shocked, Darren is worried about his ex.
Ste Hay (Kieron Richardson) decides to make Nancy pay for what she did to Sid.
After being called out as a negligent parent by Courtney Campbell (Amy Conachan), Nancy starts to blame herself for the terrible year her family have had which also saw her fiancé, Kyle Kelly (Adam Rickitt) take his own life.
Darren tries to reassure Nancy that she’s not to blame, but Darren’s partner Mandy Richardson (Sarah Jayne Dunn) is jealous and shows her insecurities when Darren seems to be siding with Nancy to protect her rather than focus on his future with Mandy.
Elsewhere, Sid is scared when drugs boss, Victor Brothers (Benjamin O’Mahony) threatens him and tells him he must repay him for the drugs he lost after Nancy’s actions yesterday.
Has Sid just landed himself in even more trouble?
