Romeo Quinn has been rocked by Lily McQueen’s self-harming and been desperate to help her. The two of them end up having a heart-to-heart but an emotional Romeo (Owen Warner) gets tearful and tells Lily (Lauren McQueen) that her addiction to self-harming reminds him of his mum’s addictions and all the turmoil that it has brought their family.
An upset and resolute Lily promises Romeo that from now on she’s turning over a new leaf and even hands over her cutting kit before telling him that she loves him.
Just as the pair have declared their love for eachother and are looking forward to a new future, Lily gets a shock when her estranged husband Prince (Malique Thompson-Dwyer) suddenly shows up in the village after months away. Why has he come back now and what does this mean for Lily and Romeo?
Elsewhere Tom Cunningham (Ellis Hollins) is getting exhausted trying to keep both Peri (Ruby O’Donnell) and Harley (Mollie Lambert) happy and decides to turn to Tony for advice.
Tom and Harley are keen to tell everyone about the relationship the three of them are in and plan a coming-out party but Peri is not so chuffed with the idea. Is she having second thoughts about the whole arrangement?
Plus there’s excitement in the McQueen household. Sylver McQueen (David Tag), who was recently shot is keen to seize the moment and get married to Mercedes as quickly as possible following her surprise proposal.
And that’s not the only McQueen wedding in the offing. Sally St Clement and Myra McQueen are preparing to get hitched but end up fighting about expensive wedding dresses until Myra comes up with a cunning plan. To keep costs down and get Sylver his preferred date why don’t Mercedes and he have a double wedding with her and Sally? Myra might be up for it but will everyone else think it’s a good idea?
