Following a pep talk from Sienna Blake and lots of encouragement, Brody Hudson, (Adam Woodward), finally plucks up the courage to testify against Buster who abused him when he was younger.
A scared Brody goes to the police station and makes a statement detailing all the football coaches historic crimes against him. Later on and relieved to have finally got the truth out, he thanks Sienna, (Anna Passey), for encouraging him to do the right thing and asks her out to dinner to celebrate. However things take an alarming turn when the pair end up at home together.
Meanwhile Brooke is trying to cheer Olly up following the news that Buster is going to plead ‘Not guilty’.
However a stressed-out Olly, (Aedan Duckworth), is too preoccupied to listen to her and in frustration ends up shouting. Brooke is alarmed by the outburst and feeling terrible about it, Olly later goes round to apologise to her.
Meanwhile Darren, (Ashley Taylor Dawson) and Mandy, (Sarah Jayne Dunn), are planning to go out for a meal but it’s Darren’s turn to look after the boys.
He asks Nancy, (Jessica Fox), if there’s any chance they can switch childcare duties for one evening and she have the children, but an angry Nancy tells him that it’s not possible because she’s going out on a date herself. Is Nancy just spinning him a line?
Plus, following their night of passion together, Goldie McQueeen, (Chelsee Healey), is blackmailing Russ Owen, (Stuart Manning), and tells him she wants a designer handbag.
Will Russ shell out for the expensive item? Later Goldie starts off-loading to Mercedes about the love rat who has let her down while an oblivious Mercedes sympathises, not realising the love rat is her very own fiancé!
