While Brody Morgan and his mechanic wife Ziggy continue to argue about her getting drunk down at the garage with co-worker Dean Thompson, Dean is worried Brody’s brother and his boss, Justin Morgan, might sack him from his job.
Frustrated that he is being blamed for the problems in the Morgan marriage, Dean storms over to the Pier Apartment in the middle of the night to confront his policeman mate Colby Thorne for not defending him during the earlier showdown at the garage with Brody.
Dean is fed up getting the blame every time something goes wrong in Summer Bay! But how can he convince the locals he’s trying to clean up his act?
Meanwhile, Ziggy wakes up to more than a hangover as brother-in-law Justin urges her to try and fix things with her grumpy husband Brody. Trouble is, Ziggy meant a lot of the things she said in the heat of the moment and really does feel she is suffocating in the relationship…
Elsewhere, it looks like Raffy Morrison’s squabble with best friend Coco Astoni and her boyfriend Ryder Jackson has been sorted, when their parents urge the teenagers to sit down and talk out their troubles.
However, Raffy is in for a shock when Coco sweetly apologises to her in front of Raffy’s foster parents John Palmer and Marilyn Chambers. But the moment the parents are out of sight, Coco warns Raffy she is NOT forgiven at all!
Stung by Coco’s behaviour and boy pal Ryder failing to defend her, Raffy decides to part ways with both of them…
