‘If you think you haven’t got time to cook, think again,’ says Jamie Oliver as the series returns for a second run.

Each week, Jamie presents four recipes using only five ingredients, plus a few
store-cupboard staples.

First up is family favourite flaky pastry pesto chicken, which looks deliciously simple.

With the kids fed, Jamie rustles up a ‘sexy supper for two’ of spicy ’nduja vongole – clams, linguine, parsley, a glass of rosé wine and some ’nduja (Italian spicy) sausage.

The third dish is a ‘no frills feast’ – comforting sausage bake – which involves throwing everything into a dish and sticking it in the oven for 45 minutes.

The final flourish is watermelon granita, or frozen watermelon with mint, lime and ginger.
