Ste tells Myra that John Paul is going to pull out of the trial, where Finn stands accused of raping John Paul. Myra finds her son and everyone’s relieved when John Paul turns up at court to see that justice is done. As John Paul gives evidence, the stress becomes too much for Ste, who calls his dealer. Myra sees him coming out of the toilets and tells him to stay away from her son. Later, Finn’s solicitor questions John Paul.

Elsewhere, Rick goes to Trevor’s club to ask for a job and sees Darren playing poker. He pulls Darren out of his seat and takes him home to support Nancy as she gets ready for court. As Nancy is cross-examined by Finn’s solicitor, she’s pushed to confess, in front of Darren, that she slept with Rick.

Also, vowing to stand by Finn, Diane tells Tony and Sinead to go to court, unaware she’s pushing them closer together…
