There are three lovely dogs who come into Battersea with major difficulties this week, but can Paul work his magic to help turn their lives around?

Brave French bulldog Nancy undergoes tough operations as cruel breeding practices have left her with a nose so short she can’t breathe properly, while an untreated blister in her ear has also caused severe problems.

Meanwhile, shy Bruce, a puggle (a super-cute pug and beagle cross), is nervous about people and going outside, but can socialisation and the temptations of liver pate do the trick?

One dog who doesn’t need tasty treats is obese Staffie Rosie, who weighs four times more than she should, but, much to her disgust, is soon embarking on a new diet and fitness regime!
