Kate and Mason are still maintaining their physical distance, having not slept with each other since her diagnosis of Premature Ovarian Failure. They’re planning a weekend trip to Sydney, and Mason organises a hotel room. Touched by the gesture, things get amorous, and Kate reminds Mason they need protection. But she’s shocked when Mason suggests they try to have a baby together.

 

Karl is concerned about Georgia, who’s dropped out of several shifts at the hospital in the wake of Robbo’s death. He’s further troubled when he discovers Georgia rehearsing for an evening gig at Charlie’s. What happened to her shift at the hospital?



Georgia explains that Sheila asked her to sing at the last minute, but to Karl it’s further evidence that Georgia’s struggling to deal with the loss of a patient.

Joshua struggles to come up with an idea for a programme, but he bonds with Jack Lassiter who gives him the idea of hooking listeners in with a treasure hunt.
