Series two of the real-crime docudrama begins with an analysis of the sensational Smart case, which involved seduction, underage sex and manipulation.

Despite the show’s tawdry dramatic reconstructions, it’s a fascinating story, with well-balanced input from the journalists and law professionals who were there at the time, as well as Pamela herself, who was sentenced to life with no chance of parole.
