Nadiya’s foodie adventure continues with a visit to East Anglia. After cooking a delicious-looking ploughman’s cheese and pickle tart, she takes to the high seas in search of her favourite seafood – crab.

It’s Nadiya’s first time on board a boat and probably her last, too, thanks to a nasty bout of seasickness!

Safely back on shore she rustles up crab summer rolls, before visiting a potato farmer who grows spuds for crisps.

Inspired by her love of the salty snack, she makes a crisp, chocolate and salted peanut dessert – which sounds weird but looks amazing.

Finally, in honour of all the fantastic fresh produce East Anglia has to offer, Nadiya rustles up a healthy herby chicken and potato salad.
