For this episode’s 48 hours of food and culture, Rick Stein heads to the coastal Andalusian city of Cádiz, which has possibly been overshadowed in the past by its bigger neighbour Seville.

Rick aims to change that with his tips for the city’s best bars and restaurants, which offer tapas such as chick pea stews and grilled mackerel, plus, of course, the region’s sherry.
