Scott’s nervous as he carries a jerry can in his rucksack, seemingly intent on burning down The Hutch. When Tony vows to simplify The Hutch’s menu, Scott’s relieved he may not have to take such desperate measures – but when Marnie makes Scott doubt Tony’s new menu idea, Scott decides to go back to plan A – to burn down The Hutch. Later, Marnie watches as Scott ‘breaks in’ to The Hutch and calls the police. John Paul spots the smashed window and finds Scott inside. They both run as sirens approach… and John Paul takes the jerry can with him!

James gets Ste released with a fine, but it’s cash Ste and Harry don’t have. Ste’s further embarrassed when Amy turns up at the police station. As Amy has a go at Ste, James puts his offer back on the table for Harry to consider. Harry wants Ste to ask Leela and Tegan if they can move back to the Lomaxes but when Cameron keeps making snide remarks, Ste knows he can’t live under the same roof as him. Leela and Tegan are on Ste’s side, though, and agree to let Ste and Harry move back in, while Harry takes up James’s offer and meets him at The Dog…

Also, a hungover Zack heads to the Tugboat where Sonia urges him again to speak to Joanne. Zack decides if anyone’s going to get the truth from Joanne, it’s Louis. Louis is drafting a text to Joanne but, when Simone turns up to call a truce, he deletes his message. Has he just lost the chance to find his daughter?
