A one-off special featuring TV’s favourite entertainer

Belting out Cilla Black’s classic hits, starring in hard-hitting dramas such as The Moorside, or playing for laughs in sitcoms like Gavin & Stacey, it seems there’s little Sheridan Smith can’t do.

Now, the actress is taking over ITV with a one-off musical special. Chatting to host Alexander Armstrong, she looks back at memorable roles in TV dramas Cilla and Mrs Biggs, and opens up about losing her father to cancer last year.

Sheridan also performs tracks from her debut album (out 3 November), including Don’t Rain on My Parade from hit musical Funny Girl, accompanied by a live orchestra.

This is Sheridan as you’ve never seen her before.
