Sonya lets Callum talk her into approaching Toadie about getting a driving permit. Toadie finally agrees as long as Sonya is the one to take him out for lessons. Meanwhile, Bob Kind, the convenor of Sonya’s Support Meetings, asks Sonya to take his place. Sonya is tempted, but Callum’s driving request convinces Sonya that her family needs her so she turns it down. Unfortunately, Toadie thinks Sonya has agreed and refuses to take a call from her – thereby missing out on his daughter Nell’s very first baby steps.

Kate is very aware of Mark Brennan’s presence as she discovers he has moved into No. 24. This is the house Kate and Brennan shared when they were a couple and Kate asks Brennan what he is doing. Brennan realises there may be more to Kate’s reticence than she is willing to say.

Imogen and Mason are hopeful that Brennan’s discovery of the broken carabiner will mean Mason’s name will be cleared and they can finally tell the world about their relationship.

But although Brad decides not to go ahead with the civil suit against Mason, he still considers him responsible for Josh’s accident. This incenses Matt and it looks as though the Willis-Turner feud will not heal.
