As Arthur undergoes treatment for cancer, close friend Zosia has surprisingly been avoiding him. So although she sits with him while he has chemotherapy, it seems it’s the last place she wants to be! Up on Darwin, boyfriend Oliver notices she’s out of sorts but she refuses to tell him why. As Zosia remains distant towards Ollie and is very direct when dealing with a patient with a tumour on her heart, Ollie teases that she’s an ‘ice queen’.

Zosia struggles to hide her inner turmoil though when, as she tries to remove her patient’s tumour in surgery, she freezes and Ollie’s forced to take over. Afterwards, Ollie tells Zosia that he knows she’s struggling to deal with Arthur’s cancer – but she flips out, insisting she’s fine. Later, however, Zosia finally finds the courage to open up to Ollie – she reveals she didn’t know her mother was dying of cancer – but now she knows all about Arthur’s condition and doesn’t know what to do about it. Can Ollie encourage her to be there for her friend?
