Caroline Flack has revealed that she is considering a change of career after her Strictly Come Dancing victory.

The TV presenter, who was crowned the winner of this year’s series, said that taking part in the BBC1 show had been such a life-changing experience that she’s thinking of using her dancing skills to perform on the stage…

Caroline guests on Alan Carr’s New Year’s Specstacular on New Year’s Eve and is asked by the chat show host if she would keep dancing. “It’s made me want to change my career,” she tells him. “Maybe be in a musical or do something like that. I’d never thought of that before. It’s changed my life.”

The former Xtra Factor host partnered professional dancer Pasha Kovalev on Strictly Come Dancing and was awarded a perfect set of scores in the final, helping her to scoop the glitterball trophy.

Caroline also says that Strictly was the best time of her life and talks about how other contestants always says how much they loved the show: “Sometimes you think, ‘Ah, they’re just saying that,’ but it is the best time of your life, it makes you feel so happy, it releases all these endorphins that you don’t realise that you can get from dancing.”
