Bradley Cooper and Gerard Butler were among the stars who watched Andy Murray win the Wimbledon men’s singles title.

The Hollywood actors – who have been friends since 2010 when they co-presented an award at the Oscars – looked like they were having a blast as they took in the Wimbledon action on Centre Court, along with Bradley’s girlfriend Suki Waterhouse.

The actors clapped and cheered as Murray beat Novak Djokovic to the coveted title. They were also spotted laughing and joking nad taking photos on their mobile phones throughout the match.

Other stars who watched the historic match included Victoria Beckham and Rolling Stone Ronnie Wood, who was there with his wife Sally.

Sally tweeted her support for Murray, writing: “Come on #murray !! #wimbledon2013 #goodluck #Murraymania woo hoo!!”

Victoria watched the tennis with friend Tana Ramsay, wife of celebrity chef Gordan Ramsay, and even flashed a few rare smiles as Murray worked his way to victory.

She later tweeted: “Congratulations to @andy_murray and his family. Wonderful day at #wimbledon!! So proud to be British! X vb.”

A host of other celebs congratulated the tennis star on Twitter. Fellow Scot Ewan McGregor wrote: “Oh my God. What a match, what a player. Inspiring a Nation. Andy Murray!! Ya Beauty.”
