Ché Chesterman exits The X Factor – now it’s between Louisa and Reggie N Bollie

The first part of The X Factor’s two-part final saw Louisa Johnson and Reggie N Bollie survive for the Sunday night conclusion.

At the end of the Saturday-night stage of the final, Ché Chesterman had the least amount of public votes, which put him out of the contest.

The X Factor finalists waited with their mentors for the public vote – and Che was sent home

Each of the three remaining acts sang twice on Saturday night, once on their own and once in a duet.

Ché’s duet was with Rod Stewart, singing his old hit “The First Cut Is The Deepest”.

His solo performance was “Valerie”, which had a mixed reaction from the judges.

“Your voice is flawless,” Rita Ora told Ché.

“You’re the underdog in this competition now,” Simon Cowell told him.

And the votes proved him right.
